Start by clicking on the 'calls’ option from the side menu. Click on the + icon appear above the calls table.
Define the type of call that it was - incoming, outgoing, or scheduled. Once the call is over, click on the ‘end call’ button.
Note that the call time is calculated automatically based on the start time and the time that you clicked on the ‘end call’ button. You can edit the time by clicking on it and choosing from the time selector.
Choose the outcome of the conversation. It can be connected, no answer, busy, left voicemail, and wrong number. Choose the contact you talked with from the list of contacts, or add a new contact by clicking on the 'create record’ button in the contact popup. You can see the contact details, as well as edit them by clicking on the ‘details’ checkbox.
